Get ready for a sizzling start to your Canada Day! The Strathmore Fire Department is bringing the heat with our annual Canada Day Pancake Breakfast, and this year’s event will be extra special.

On July 1st, join us at the fire hall for a morning of fluffy, delicious pancakes and a heart-pounding firefighter challenge: 10,000 Feet for $10,000! One of Strathmore’s very own firefighter Lieutenant Hoogenboom will climb our 105-foot Aerial ladder 100 times, aiming to raise $1 for each of the 10,000 feet climbed. All funds will fuel the brand-new Southern Alberta Fire Education (SAFE) Training Centre!
